For everyone who has attended in the past, we send out an Evite to remind you of the meeting and to get a head count so that we can effectively plan for our meetings--copies, seating, food, etc. Because we want to use our funds wisely, we will only purchase copies and other materials for those who have signed up as a first-timer or those who respond to the Evite.
Knowing how many will attend is vital in our planning. We encourage you to respond to the Evite within days of receiving it.
If you do not know if you are coming, please mark "maybe", and then once you know, you can change your response. If you are having trouble getting to the link or are not receiving the Evites, please email me so that we can address this issue.
